Laughter Yoga combines deep breathing and intentional laughter to lower stress hormones, boost oxygen flow, and rewire your body’s response to stress. You don’t have to feel funny or fake it — your body takes care of the chemistry, you just bring the willingness.
Yoga Nidra means “yogic sleep.” It’s a guided practice that invites your body into deep rest while your mind stays gently aware. It’s not about napping — it’s about allowing your system to rest, digest, and restore balance.
These sessions are 100% virtual — all you need is a stable internet connection, a quiet space (even your parked car works!), and a camera for community-based sessions like Laughter Yoga. You’ll also want a notebook or journal nearby, and a cozy spot to lie down for Yoga Nidra.

If you do drift off, it just means your body needed the rest more than the practice. You still receive many of the same benefits.

During Laughter Yoga, yes — seeing each other helps create connection and trust (and contagious laughter!). I would certainly love to see your face at each session, but otherwise, camera-on or off is up to you.
