Your Mindful Hype Woman Reporting for Duty

Once upon a burnout (okay, several burnouts), I realized I wasn’t broken—I was just exhausted from trying to be everyone else’s version of “enough.”

I spent years people-pleasing, perfection-chasing, and hustling through the emotional noise of self-help books that only made my to-do list longer. Sound familiar? You’re not alone.

I’m Melanie, a recovering overachieving people-pleaser turned mindful hype woman, and I help fellow high-performers drop the hustle and come home to themselves. Through mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and the wisdom of Ikigai, I guide you back to your own inner compass—with a little humor, and a lot of compassion.

And truthfully? I’m on a mission to find my inner tutu-wearing, show tune-belting, glitter-loving little girl goofball again—the one who knew joy didn’t need to be earned and rest wasn’t a reward.
