About Me

Your Mindful Hype Woman Reporting for Duty

Once upon a burnout (okay... several), I realized I wasn’t broken. I was just exhausted from trying to be everyone else’s definition of “enough.”

I spent years stuck in go-mode—people-pleasing, perfection-chasing, and performing like my worth depended on it. On paper, I was killing it. Inside? I was burnt toast.

I’m Melanie—a recovering gold-star collector turned mindful hype woman. Now, through mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and the wisdom of Ikigai I help high-performing, quietly crispy women ditch the guilt, soften the grip, and reconnect with who they were before the striving took over.

Because somewhere along the way, we forgot how to play.


As kids, play helped us discover who we were. As adults, we traded it for productivity, approval, and pretending we’re fine. My mission is to help you find your way back—to your natural joy, your spark, your
you-ness.

I know that version because I’ve been finding my way back to mine. The silly one. The sparkly one. The version who choreographed living room musicals and gave zero forks about being “too much.” She’s not always front and center yet—but every time I choose presence over performance, laughter over logistics, and joy for no reason at all, I get a little closer.

And here’s the best part: you’ve got your own version of that, too.
It might be buried under deadlines and self-doubt, but it’s still there—waiting for permission to come out and play.
